A place of beauty Rudn Enclave Housing Society
Rudn Enclave is an affordable housing society in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, with a mission to provide housing to low-income families at a fraction of the cost of other housing societies. It is located in the Rawalpindi city and consists of 16 towers, each consisting of 3 to 4 flats, and a total of 100 units. It was founded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2003 and is currently administered by a joint venture between UNDP and the Ministry of Housing and Works. The society is managed by the Rudn Enclave Management Company (REMCO), which is responsible for providing all administrative services, including maintenance, water, electricity, security, etc. The Story of the Housing Society Rudn Enclave was started in 2003 with the first residential unit of four flats.
