The community has been growing steadily since its inception in 1998. It now has over 2000 members, with new members joining every day.

What is a Housing Society?

A housing Society is an incorporated body which owns and manages residential properties. A housing society may own a single or multiple properties. In some cases, the properties may be rented out to tenants and in others, they may be used by the Society as its own homes. The property may be managed by the Society or by a managing agent appointed by the Society. Who can become a member of a Housing Society? The Kingdom Valley Story

The Kingdom Valley was founded in 1998 by a group of individuals with the goal of creating a community for like-minded people who are seeking personal and spiritual growth. The community started small and slowly grew in size and membership until it became a recognized community. Today, the Kingdom Valley has become one of the leading Christian communities in the country. The community holds regular weekly Bible studies, monthly retreats, annual Christmas Eve worship service, and other activities. Its membership consists of people who have a desire to make a positive impact in their lives and the world.

Why did the Kingdom Valley Builders decide to build this housing society?

They had a vision to provide an opportunity for others to live together, grow spiritually, share fellowship and serve the Lord. They felt it was time for them to put into practice what they were taught in church, so they decided to build their own community. The community is being built in two phases. The first phase of construction was completed in 2004, and there are currently about 300 homes available for rent. The second phase will be built in the near future, and the total number of homes will increase from 600 to approximately 1,500.

How does the community operate? The community is operated by a Board of Directors, which is elected by the members every year. The Board has the authority to manage the affairs of the community, which includes managing all the finances. It also has the responsibility to supervise and evaluate the officers and staff of the community. The Board of Directors meets three times a year and can hold emergency meetings whenever necessary.
